Den (Gaëtan Minet x cuthbertsonii) 'Gualaceo'

Dendrobium (Gaëtan Minet x cuthbertsonii) is a cross and a very small growing Dendrobium, the flowers are mostly larger than the plant with about 4-6cm. There is no evidence of crossbreeding with Dendrobium aphaonochilum (at Den. Gaëtan Minet). These Dendrobium hybrids are very sensitive to too much fertilizer (especially salt fertilizers), and many pesticides are not tolerated. Optimal is the use of unfertilized rainwater. These hybrids are much more robust and vigorous than the botanical species.
