| Habitat: | Anthurium villenaorum was found in the region around Moyobamba, located between the Pacific and Eastern Andes, at an altitude of about 800-1000m. The region has a subtropical climate with a heavy rainy season from December to March. |
| Notes: | Anthurium villenaorum has distinctly colored veining in its dark green, velvety leaves, which gives it a very striking and attractive appearance. It appears to be very vigorous, and is certainly an asset to any aroid collection. |
