Notes:

Philodendron erubescens is one of the most popular philodendron nowadays. The description is based on a plant from culture, probably originally found in Colombia. This species is very variable, so numerous cultivars are on the market today.
Philodendron 'Birkin Pink' originated from a mutation in cell propagation of Philodendron Rojo Congo. It is a stable mutation, in which the leaf veins are orignal white veined, only later there has been the mutation with pink veins.
Philodendron Rojo Congo is a hybrid of Philodendron Tatei and Philodendron Imperial Red, both of which are clones of Philodendron erubescens. Thus, the correct name must be Philodendron erubescens 'Congo Red'. This hybrid was bred in Florida, the intent was to breed stable and hardy Philodendrons for indoor care.
Philodendron 'Birkin Pink' is a stable mutation and was created during cell propagation of Philodendron erubescens 'Rojo Congo', so the correct name here should be Philodendron erubescens 'Birkin Pink'. Although this is a stable mutation, many of the specimens have other spontaneous mutations: completely white leaves, completely green leaves, leaves with splashes of grain or cream, crescent leaves, and more.

The pink veining comes with age, none of it is yet visible on the young plants.
